Looking forward to Rugby! and Supporting our Toadmunity

It has been great to see as a community across Australia and the Sunshine Coast we have been able to get ahead of the COVID curve, although there is still much work to be done. Some of the highlights have been the great community spirit in supporting the key businesses in the local area that have been severely affected or forced to completely change their trade. We once again would like to put a call out to our Toadmunity and encourage you to get behind our great Toad Sponsors, you can see the great list and links here.

Our great sponsors have been paramount to the successful build up to the 2020 season and once again we look forward to doing the same thing over the coming weeks. Currently under the stage 1 restriction ease that commences in QLD on 16th of May, no formal rugby activities are allowed to commence even though groups of 10 can gather for outdoor get togethers. If we continue to do the right thing and make it to stage 2 restrictions easing on June 12 we would be able to commence formal training in community sport in groups of up to 20. So we encourage all our members and affiliates to keep up the great work in supporting the local community and ensuring we can reach the goal of sunshine coast rugby union commencing asap. Stay Fit and Stay healthy, and as always feel free to send in some great Toad videos in isolation! especially now that from tomorrow groups of players can get together to showcase their skills.

As a club we look forward to the Sunshine Coast Rugby Union competitions commencing as well as the Sunshine Coast Junior Rugby Union Competitions commencing.
